Just as predicted. This episode was used to hang Biden out to dry. It's been obvious to anyone that Biden is suffering from dementia, yet for some reason it was ignored by American mainstream media. We will see more episodes like this where Biden's ability to govern will be questioned culminating in Biden not running in 2024.
Whose the one being humiliated by going apeshit over a weather balloon, spending hundreds of airframe flight hours of their rarest and highest tech aircraft, being unable to shoot it down for days and then finally shooting it down after it traversed the entire country?
I suggested something similar previously. Cuba is an ideal location to place missiles directly aimed at the heart of the continental US. Russia & China should together push Cuba for such an agreement thereby sealing a formal military alliance between the three countries, perhaps after Russia is done cleaning house with Ukraine and US has announced placement of IRBMs on Japanese islands. That's a valid response, perhaps North Korean territory could also be used to place even more missiles thereby guaranteeing retaliation against any and all vassals who are planning to get stupid.
This media propaganda campaign is actually great evidence of the failings of American democracy.
Seriously, if it was a spy balloon, there is no way they would've waited until now to blow it up - it'd have been sending information back this entire time it's been over US air space. The reason the balloon stayed up for so long is because the Biden administration knew it was of no significance, but the Republicans kept up the political theater and finally forced the government to shoot it down to satisfy the hysterical public and to score a political victory for the coming elections.
It's your classic Hermann Goering tactic: "All you have to do is tell them they are being attacked, and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger."
^ This is your Republican strategy down to the letter.

He should just admit it, he doesn’t like being given the Blinken, I get that but still openly relying on a man with dementia as his sugar daddy in public, come on, I know Japan does this publicly almost every time and I know Germany folds like a used bit@h every time the USA asked them two while getting that silly woman to go on a Karen tirade about how they are war with Russia and almost put a red bullseye on her arse but still Canada what the hell, how does a nation continue to elect this child who seems to assume that looking like a complete baby is the best possible way to lead a nation, it’s why almost every nation ignores him at the UN every time they go. He literally defines Canada not as a nation of politeness but as a nation of complete pussies that has collectively lost their balls

The great thing about this balloon is to make Dem and GOP accuse each other of lying. CN should start TW war while a Dem is in office because half the GOP will reflexively take Beijing's side lol
without Mideast support countries like India and Turkey cannot increase trade with Russia in such short period of time. Its ironic that countries like India and Turkey whose historic connections to Anglo-Saxon and Germanic world are now in this situation. you can add Wagner group that also backed by Mideast wealth. Its prominence came from Africa operations taking advantage of people in in former Soviet and Eastern Europe who had language and skills in Africa.
