How do you plan to enforce the ban? Fine any Chinese companies that buy ads on Google? How do you identify the Chinese companies? How do you identify their business registrations so you can send them the ticket?
China can fine Google just like EU did. If they don't like it they can leave, but then that decision is on their part not because China kicked them.

This attack is not carried out by a couple of bored Taliban soldiers, this terrorist attack has the full backing of the west. People in the know and China were aware the CIA was up to something in the region, hence they gave constant alerts to the Taliban.
I am not sure why this is such a hard concept. Google earns significant amount of money in China. If Google is fined, they can pick between leaving, abiding the rule or pay the fine. If the fine is small enough that it is not worth packing up and leave, they will pay. Notice I did not even mention the amount fined. As annoying as it is this should not be a crippling fine for a company like Google, not even close.
Earns money from Chinese companies, not necessarily mean Google is doing it in China. The most likely method Chinese companies buy ads from Google is to buy the service from Google USA LLC/Inc.
Some Indian commentators are confused. India can only do IT service, which is different from developing IT technologies or making IT products like China does.
