I am sure Xi restating "Party aims..." "Build a shared community for mankind" "Dual circulation" will achieve a much different (and favorable) response to Xi saying, for instance, "Biden, we are sick of apes such as yourselves causing trouble for the civilized world, soon we will wipe you and your ilk from the face of the Earth with our DF-41 ballistic missiles", as you would probably like to hear.
The USA is itching for war but the problem for the USA here is that after everything that has happened in Ukraine, everyone can see how the USA wants to abandon Ukraine right now due to how much it is eating into their resources and how much it screwed the EU over for almost no benefit for the EU so not that many nations want to start the ball rolling against China and the USA knows this. Hence they are trying to get someone to fire the first shot but almost every nation knows that the moment they do, they will die and the USA (let’s seriously face it) is in no really state to start a fight given the shortages in basically everything and basically how the USA will need decades to arm up to really fight China in their own door step. Also note how Russia is obviously angered at the USA and any attempts to fully focus on China is going to earn a nuclear missile for Russia their blind side (heck Nth Korea also wants in) and also considered how right now many nations in the Middle East are trying to kick the US dollar out there system. If the USA loses the world reserve status, they cannot find any future war and if they do get cut off from the Middle East, well they will have an extremely difficult time when the people who can no longer afford Chinese goods will want to head of the leaders of the nation. I mean even places like Vietnam and India or turning away from the US, so they cannot replace cheap goods for the USA either. The elites want a fight but the majority of the people are worried about their next meal, so in the end, the elite will have bigger problems on their plate instead of China and they don’t have much time. The USA wants a quick clean short fight, not a multi month long fight they is going to drain resources even more and turn their attention away from a Russia/Nth Korea that is itching to shove a nuclear up their collective ass, which is impossible because most of the nations that matter are seeing blood and all of them collective do not like Biden
