How much? Roads existed before that, you know.
If next year is $45b. This year will be double of that amount to move stuff at higher wages to quickly.
Yes, they are baseless and unhinged because neither of the links you provide corroborates whatever fantasies you created in your mind. You are merely a shitposter, even SleepyStudent is more factual (he is just 'creative' with mental gymnastics).
either you are deliberately ignoring the evidence or not understanding. countries are sanctioned so that they cannot compete with Arabs. The more West depends on Arabs. the stronger will Arab pursuing there interests. those interests are much global and will collide with Asia more than West.
You just confirmed what I have been saying about your wank list - you just start making your unhinged copium takes to whatever country is favorable to your true love, Russians :D As I said, prepare shitposts about Eritrea, you might need them soon.

Any country is only powerful when aligned Russia, yet Russia itself is a poor shithole with an overrated military that cannot defeat another craphole called Ukraine without mobilization
how is Ukraine crap hole? it had $85b of exports despite alot of its skill labor working in EU or Russia.
More over some of the wealthiest and most influential Jews are from Ukraine.
It has nothing to military rather but to reduce area of operation to make it more effective and sustainable. the front is too big to prevent human wave infiltration into the cities. it will be rectified over coming years.
newer sensors and weopons will enable it not put many people in the field.

and where 76.4% of people have to spend half or more of their income just to eat :D Cool story, Ivan, now go to sleep, you drank too much vodka.
They are so rich that Arabs have started flights to 4th tier cities.

CNN reports that the White House has called plans by Russia and Saudi Arabia to cut oil production by more than 1 million barrels a day a "complete disaster" and a "hostile act."

Now the countdown has begun before the US notices Saudi Arabia's lack of democracy and human rights abuses.

The Biden administration has launched a full-scale pressure campaign in a last-ditch effort to dissuade Middle Eastern allies from dramatically cutting oil production, according to multiple sources familiar with the matter.

The push comes ahead of Wednesday’s crucial meeting of OPEC+, the international cartel of oil producers that is widely expected to announce a significant cut to output in an effort to raise oil prices. That in turn would cause US gasoline prices to rise at a precarious time for the Biden administration, just five weeks before the midterm elections.

Some of the draft talking points circulated by the White House to the Treasury Department on Monday that were obtained by CNN framed the prospect of a production cut as a “total disaster” and warned that it could be taken as a “hostile act.”

“It’s important everyone is aware of just how high the stakes are,” said a US official.

The White House is “having a spasm and panicking,” another US official said, describing this latest administration effort as “taking the gloves off.”

For Biden, a dramatic cut in oil production could not come at a worse time. But with just a month to go before the critical midterm elections, US gasoline prices have begun to creep up again, posing a political risk the White House is desperately trying to avoid.

Source - your ass, hence measly $15 billion and also 10% budget cut next year, probably that 5-year plan is dead now.

No one is seeing the so-called evidence except you, because all of that evidence exists in your head full of crap. For example, sorry to disturb you, @Bellum_Romanum do you see evidence that countries are sanctioned just to stop them competing with Arabs? If yes, could you provide it since @pmc can only spam irrelevant crap about how some Arab pooped in Russia, hence Russia is a hyperpower.

It is a crap hole because of weak economy, education, tech, military, and everything. And Russia is unable to defeat that craphole. You are now trying to wank Ukraine because you are embarassed at poor showing of Russians? Lol, expected.
They are so rich that Arabs have started flights to 4th tier cities.
So rich that most Russians spend 50%+ of their income just to eat :D There are flights from Dubai to Mtwara and Mpanda (tier 4 cities) in Tanzania, Tanzania hyper rich confirmed by Arabs :D

CNN: US Rep. Ro Khanna slams Saudi Arabia as ‘third-rate power’ as OPEC considers slashing oil output

US Rep. Ro Khanna is calling for the White House to retaliate against Saudi Arabia if OPEC and its allies slash oil production in a bid to boost prices.

“This is beyond the pale,” the California Democrat told CNN in a phone interview on Monday. “They are actively fleecing the American people and destabilizing the economy. That’s just outrageous. Who do they think they are?”

“It’s outrageous. The Saudis need to be dealt with harshly,”
said Khanna, a progressive who has been a tough critic of the kingdom’s humanitarian track record. “They are a third-rate power. We are the most powerful country in the world. I don’t know why we kowtow to them.”

Specifically, Khanna called on US President Joe Biden to make it clear to Saudi Arabia that the United States will cut off the kingdom’s aviation parts supply and prevent Raytheon and Boeing from selling to them.

“They are not our allies,” Khanna said of Saudi Arabia. “They are hurting the American people. And we need to be tough with them. The president needs to make it clear we will cut off their supply. We could ground their air force in a day.”

The Democrat criticized Biden’s shifting stance on Saudi Arabia, noting he opposed the president’s visit to the kingdom over the summer. Khanna said he wishes Biden would follow through on his campaign promise to make Saudi Arabia a “pariah state.”
