How is it that they keep talking about 'growing repression' under Xi for the last ten years? How much further can this 'growing repression' grow more?
I wouldn't dig too much into it. Russia is a country where public figures are beaten to death on the streets, fall off the window from 8th floor etc on a pretty regular basis. You usually know why but never know who's behind all those "accidents".
So let's not dig too much into it as we'll probably never know.

Idk, Dugin is not exactly an important figure in Russian politics. He's an extremist who could have many enemies from extremists of the other side, it can't be assumed that the blame lies with Ukraine.
He doesn't have the power to make the government do anything anyways. Though there may be some people on his side who start some revenge actions against those they perceive as having a role in this murder.

100% it was CIA organized. Ukrainians cannot even take a dump without CIA supervision right now. Conducting terrorist attacks with third party hands are typical US strategy.
While Dugin himself have little value, his daughter was just easy target that required low effort to spread terror. It is just terror attack nothing more, nothing less.

Ukrainian regional security chief commits suicide – media
The head of Ukraine’s security service, the SBU, in Kirovograd Region was found dead in his home on Saturday evening, with sources telling local media that it was likely a suicide.The body of Aleksandr Nakonechny was found by his wife at their apartment in Krapivnitsky, the main city of Kirovograd Region in central Ukraine.
The SBU has confirmed the security chief's death, saying that the incident is being investigated.
The Ukrainian website Obozrevatel has claimed that Nakonechny died of a “penetrating gunshot wound to the body.”
