Many western ones like Canada,USA,New Zealand,Australia using visa restrictions,no chain immigration etc -need more restrictions though.

I disagree that outsourcing will stop just cause of AI. The main point behind outsourcing is to reduce cost by hiring remote workers from overseas.
If entry level jobs are no longer needed because of AI, Then managers, top level scientists and engineers will be hired from overseas. Remote work is only going to get easier over time which means more outsourcing.
