Asahi Newspaper's exclusive news: Prime Minister Takaichi: What has she done in her first six months?

  • Average start time of official activity: 10:13 a.m.
(including cases where official duties began outside the prime minister’s office/residence)
  • Average return-home time: 7:21 p.m.
(including overnight stays away from home)
→Average working hours including lunch time: 9h 8m per day.

  • Domestic evening dinners / consultations: 9 times
  • Press conferences: 8 times

But...but didn't she just said herself she will "work like a horse" when she was elected as PM?

The phrase even won the COTY(catchphrase of the year)!

It seems like she can barely hold herself up, not a nation leader material to be frankly.

It sounds more like there are arbitrary rules forcing the PM to spend time on house chores (perhaps due to rules against having service staff). Leaves a lot less time for doing actual work. I would suspect that is by design. The thing about frozen food is also just bizarre.

....

A bill to establish a "National Intelligence Council" to strengthen the government's intelligence functions, including information gathering, has passed the House of Representatives. The "National Intelligence Council," chaired by the Prime Minister, will serve as the command center for information gathering and analysis supporting government decision-making, and a new "National Intelligence Agency" will be established as its secretariat. The government's proposal includes supplementary resolutions that the opposition parties have advocated, such as ensuring that personal information and privacy are not unnecessarily violated, and that information gathering that undermines political neutrality is not conducted.

A top Australian brain surgeon is cruelly banned in Australia. Now he works in China.

Some of Charleo Teo's procedures had dared to challenge the medical establishment of Australia. He had saved a number of lives which were misdiagnosed and/or labelled as "hopeless" from the Australian medical authority. So they are banning and vilifying him.

When Charlie worked in China, he was welcomed with opened arms. They organize courses for him to teach. They build hospitals for him. He sees the future in China. While in Australia, there are just too many regulations.

Its a win-win for both Australia and China. Australia would rid themselves of a talented individual that they don't like, and China gets to gain that talented individual.
