People assume that once you are cancelled in China, you are permanently cancelled. Like how Simu Liu's comments during an interview about how his parents left China when it was third world lead to Shang-Chi getting limited screenings in China and people assuming he would never be let back in. But what do you know last year, he made a big hoopla about going to Beijing for vacation. That case is small fry though compared to Ai WeiWei, who made a career of being anti-China and has now turned a new leaf.

More radical types think having the wrong stance on China warrants lifelong punishments. However, changing people's hearts is one of the hallmarks of a great power and people turning to the light should be welcomed with open arms.

People can be forgiven.

But they need to show why they should. A lot of people give a half ass sorry and then repeat the same crap again coz it turns out they had no real remorse.

There's a reason why a lot of stories and myths at the highest levels are about basically self sacrifice as atonement in order to get redemption at the end. It is very hard yet they go through with it anyway because they know it's worth paying for to get redemption. That makes it noble.

So honestly seeing all these other crappy attempts at redemption or saying sorry is insulting to the idea.

India needs to focus on urban planning badly. Even Delhi looks like a 4th world city. It contributed to their country being so unlivable and the result is that hundreds of millions want to escape which causes tension all over the world. I wonder how China built their cities. India absolutely need to learn every last bit they can from China to fix their cities.

This is Delhi for example.

Like as if that stupid thing is going to remotely work, everyone knows that it is yet another Ponzi scheme that Trump is using to suck up money like a vacuum cleaner that ultimately does his bidding if he feels like doing so. I bet you all that most of the world is simply humouring him as of now because given how he is trying as hard as possible to get any kind of a win because of all his stuff ups, absolutely nothing he does is going to solve any of the current disasters befalling the USA such as the on coming blizzard that is about to strike. This board of peace is serving to destroy all faith in the UN as an institution which since it is a U.S. invention, will also destroy the U.S. credibility that much more since everyone knows that this board of peace crap has very little legitimacy given that requirement of a 1 dollar price tag. Once the U.S. downfall is complete, I wonder if China can provide a Chinese centric version of the UN because the American centric one doesn’t accomplish anything at all no matter how many times the world votes against genocide, one veto is all it takes to silence that. Imagine a world where the USA doesn’t have any veto power, much more good things can finally be done. It’s like for the world to live, the USA as a superpower needs to lose all its power forever
