India was heavily colonized by the west, but you never see Indian women being extra attracted to western men. Same thing with Arab women. They are not rejecting their own to fall for western men. So one needs to reflect why East Asian culture produces women who are worshipping white men so much.

I think East Asian culture is too open to foreign marriage and dating in general. While Indian or Arab cultures see dating outside your culture as extremely negative. That's why you see this difference.

So called white sexpats cannot exist in the middle east for example, despite huge number of expats actually living there for work.
I think that's because a greater % of East Asian women, more so than other minorities, are about taking the easiest possible climb up the socioeconomic ladder. Their companionship is a commodity to be traded for the best possible socioeconomic price. And furthermore, these East Asian women's families and cultures tend to support that ambition or approach instead of ostracizing them. This is fundamentally a social and cultural problem. It's what happens when the pursuit of status and/or wealth is the lodestar by which one navigates their romantic opportunities.

To be fair, the opposite can sometimes also be seen in the West. I was at a major hospital the other week and saw an attractive white doctor whose ID badge showed a very Chinese last name. She was not obviously not adopted, nor was she of mixed heritage. She clearly married into it. Not saying one or the other is better or worse. It's just a choice people make that is driven by a mix of personal and social incentives or disincentives.

What ever rare earths other countries say they have or going to have because of China's controls... anybody notice the US is claiming them for itself? Deal with Japan... it's goes to the US. Deal with Vietnam... it's going to the US. Despite how the US claims they have all these domestic sources of rare earths, everyone else's are going to the US. I'm sure it's not as plainly as stated but it ends up that the US controls the rare earth supply of the entire West just like China has in general. You don't think that's the point why the US is doing that not making sure the supply chain is open for Western allies. That's why US allies are pretty dumb. They're just handing over their control of their own countries to the US even more than ever being an ally of the US. Getting into any alliance with the West is first and foremost so they can control them not protect them from others. And this isn't just Trump. Biden put Europe in this bind they're in now forcing them to have to buy more expensive natural gas from the US. He didn't give a friend's discount. Biden wanted Ukraine to keep fighting with no talk of any settlement because then the propaganda was Ukraine was handling the Russians very well so the US thought they were going to win outright without any negotiations with Russia.

What has China done? It shows how much more you get without doing anything the West tells you. Did you hear what Italy is now doing to make money? They're allowing official copies of artwork to be sold as much as expensive Italian sport cars. They need to rely on selling copies of the romance of their culture hoping people see value in it. That's all Europe has left to sell. They don't have their own social media. They don't have their own unicorn technology companies. They don't have their own competition beating AI. All they have left are people holding on to a copy of the romance of the past. That's if you're fool enough to care about it.

Infatuation with foreign media (e.g. Hollywood, Korean dramas), and internalization of Western standards (e.g. Western fashion, measures of success, ways of development) also play into this. The thing about Indians and Muslims is that they historically didn't consume that much Western media (under-development, Bollywood, religious restrictions) and their societies also don't play by Western standards, while with East Asians, there truly was an attempt to "Westernize," even in China.

When your definition of modernization is defined by catching up to the West, you're going to end up internalizing their standards. So as a consequence you see in the 80s and 90s, East Asian women adopt Western fashion trends and style their hair in curls to look more Western, and in the 00s and 10s, decorate themselves with Western luxury items, get eye jobs and nose jobs to look more like white people, etc. Preferring white men is just another facet of the same West worship that's been a double edge sword - on one hand, it allowed East Asia to develop much faster than the rest of the world; but on the other hand, it's left a deep mark of internalized Western standards.
