Most foreigners are exactly the same in China. You should hear some of the unbelievably bigotted sh*t I had to put up with when I worked with a group of young and supposedly "left-leaning" college-educated Americans at a gaming company in Beijing. They take the exact same views they have towards Asians in their home countries and just port them over to China. Expecting slavs to be any different is just naive. Hell, some of the worst bigots I've ever encountered in China were second-gen diaspora Chinese (mostly of the Hong Cuck variety). The problem with Chinese people is that they naively believe foreigners should like and respect them as much as Chinese like and respect foreigners, as well as Chinese people's weird obsession with portraying white men as figures of benign authority, and just China's greater acceptance of foreign men and disinterest in foreign women in general. Is it a Confucian or maybe even a Freudian thing?

Have we done this? More 'rules based international order' fun and games:
- Nations that partner with American law enforcement and the U.S. military or that enjoy the benefits of the U.S. security umbrella are called upon to reject the ICC’s purported authority to prosecute American officials and servicemen
- Increased scrutiny of nations that refuse to reject the ICC’s false authority while relying on U.S. assistance
- Diplomatic calls urging other nations that, like America, that are not party to the Rome Statute to leverage their diplomatic networks to take similar actions alongside us
- Visa revocations and travel bans for ICC personnel
- Increased sanctions against the ICC and affiliated organizations
Its just a informal racial caste system. The reason a lot of people have deluded views like winnology is they still think they are inherently superior to Chinese is coz they...just are ok! At least with the west won the world war and they still have capital so money talks. But there are loads of other races like India or even places like Syria who hold such deluded views without having any real basis for it. The reason Slavs especially Russians sound dumb is because they don't have the same level of capital as the west and also heavily rely on the Chinese so they ought to show a bit more respect.
But at the end the day its just bargaining power. Compared to twenty years ago, I def think it was a lot worse compared to now. Back then people were more ignorant and back then China was in a weaker position. Now not so much so people start asking, who are you to look down on me? I notice I don't care so much what foreigners say now because what they say matters less since we know its just the ranting of people who don't want to accept their place in the pecking order is going down. Its funny how their views seem to matter a lot less when you notice their position power going down. And I also notice a lot more people have gone through the bargaining stage and accepted China is here to stay.
You have to realize the average person isn't as informed like this forum. It will take time. But things move much faster now due to information flow. As arab soft supapowa says the dogs bark, but the caravan goes on.
