Japan basically doesn't wanna live anymore. How come they do anything? How come they want to start economic shit with China, raise taxes and military spending and increase entry/exit fees to discourage tourism (from every country) despite being in a recession? How come they discourage immigration even from East Asian despite their demographic issues? They just don't fking care. I think they played too many games and are trying to die so they can start over.
To me this sounds like accelerationism at play. They think the current system is FUBAR, so it's better to just accelerate its (d)evolution till it reaches its logical conclusion (Destruction of current society), then rebuild the country anew (this one is optional).

Japan wants to accelerate to a 1911 China when its current condition is nowhere close as devolved as 1910 China. Mad men (and women). It took China over 100 years with multiple civil wars in between to get to where it is today. Does Japan want to go through that as well? Enjoy. You think China will sit by and wait and twiddle its thumbs and wait for you?

(It is funny how much parallel there is of Puyi being a puppet of Japan and LDP being a puppet of the US.)

If anyone hasn’t heard, Alex Karp and other Palantir company executives are selling off their own shares they hold in the company. Karp just doesn’t understand how come people don’t recognize his genius… You have a Hitler-like origin story going on there.

I’ve noticed a lot of the military tech bros have upped their anti-China rhetoric lately. Could it be because they may have been cut-off from China’s rare earth supply after they’ve been regularly calling Chinese hi-tech to be banned?

Pretty much, like US and European stooges. Japan corrupt Right Wing politicians don't care about the normal people. These are stooges career clowns that only care about themselves.

These clown stooges are spreading everywhere, almost like Alien Clown invasion were the invader is putting their own in positions of power all around the globe to provoke a nuclear war and kill the human race.

If anyone remembers the first Apple iCar concept, I believe it looked like a simple VW bug like design. It all fell apart because of the US’s anti-China plans which says Apple was planning to have them built in China. The US might’ve been leading the way on “smart car” design and now the entire US auto industry is facing extinction.

It tells you right there why you see so many American YouTube car channels, who before didn’t even talk about Chinese EVs, are talking about them now. You’re not going to have a lot of content talking about the newest US cars models coming out.

Trump greenlights Nvidia H200 AI chip sales to China, says Xi responded positively

President Donald Trump on Monday said the United States will allow tech giant Nvidia to ship its H200 artificial intelligence chips to “approved customers” in China and elsewhere, under a set of conditions.

Chinese President Xi Jinping “responded positively” to the proposal, Trump wrote in a Truth Social post.

Trump’s post appeared to state that 25% of the chips sales will be paid to the U.S. government as part of the deal, which the president said allows “for continued strong National Security.”

The White House did not immediately respond to CNBC’s request for clarification.

Nvidia is obviously planning to dump chips.

This Japanese politician, Taro Yamamoto called Japan a US colony outright and confronted the prime minister regarding the subject. Of course the prime minister, Yorinobu Arasaka, said Japan is a sovereign nation. I never heard of this man before, but I think I'm in love. Japan needs to be more outspoken about this subject and kick the US occupiers immediately.

Japan is not a colony of US. If they wanted, they could kick out US forces imediately, just like how Philippines kicked them out in the 90s. Its just they are too western worshipping and too afraid of China. They think US is their savior when it comes to China.

Pretty much every US ally whether its Europe, Japan, Korea or even Australia are most enthusiastic about US being there than US itself, which kinda wants to get out.

That happened in a totally different time. US will never allow its vassals to kick its forces out anymore. Any Jap politicians or bureaucrats try to do that will have to face

It totally depends on national will. If the public is strictly against US presence, and the leadership follows suit, do you think US will put its forces under danger in tiny based surrounded by hostile public and hostile military in a foreign land? Ofcourse not. Unless they want to fight a war there and US doesn't have the stomach for it.

US allies are advanced and industrialized to the point that if they want they can easily kick out US forces and also switch sides to China. The biggest problem is mental subservience that has been taught to them for generations.
