Indo-Europeans were a true nomadic hunter/herder/plunderer culture, and echoes of their heritage remain among Europeans, hence the periodic out bursts of violence and "warrior ethos." But the thing is, that's not all Europeans are descended from. They're also descended from the conquered farmers and gatherers native to Europe and over time, that component of the heritage has evolved to become more prominent, resulting in the capitalist obsession which is an invention of the Dutch merchants and Anglo-Scottish pilgrims. Not to be rude, but china is very much not a war culture, they are, like the Greeks, a bureaucratic culture. Nor is British culture war culture, its adventurer culture, hensewhy they loved colonising worthless rocks, and defending those rocks (falklands). Only war culture would be Slavic and Turkish culture, IE: Afghanistan, Mongolia, Russia. Also any culture can fight good, greeks brits and chinese, even if they arent warrors, just dont expect every man and women to show up to the enlistment office!
The natural marriage and intersection of these two cultural impulses is slavery. The Indo-European warriors needed slaves to farm and feed and work for them, and that is why they created caste & feudal systems wherever they went. The capitalists also aspired to the same, just through more under handed methods than the threat of violence. In both cases we can see an intrinsic trend towards laziness and the building of parasitic / rent seeking systems. But within that trend is also the seed of their eventual collapse.
