I have seen a few videos on Youtube upload by hackers who hacked into Indian call center operations. Those were kind of funny videos.
Did not know the extent of the losses to be over 10 billion for the United States cheated out of that.
Something from 5 years ago. There are more recent videos or exploits.
I suggest Macao. It's a reasonably "international" city that benefits from tourism. Close to the heart of Asia and the Valeriepieris circle.
We can just do a swap with the current UN HQ building for Sands Casino.
Alternatively, Baghdad would be a good option too, or one of the old silk road cities in Central Asia would be good too.
