I saw an interview with Kurt Campbell commenting on recent events. The guy let his Japanese fetish go to his head influencing US foreign policy in the wrong direction. Campbell was one of those that pushed the idea that China, Russia, and North Korea were in some multiple different combinations of distrust of the other. And now their paranoid minds are in a state of panic.
Look at the superior intellect of Western allies who think taking on China is strategically more important than reigning in a chaos agent to the Western alliance like Trump when all it takes is to stop following US anti-China policies that have hit their economies hard. China hasn't done anything where they would have a good reason to end China. That's why China is so difficult for the West to handle. It has nothing to do with how stronger China is to them. It has to do with all the real reasons why they want to stop China which is not a crime if it was them doing it instead. Every facade they've built to convince the world they're not the imperialist colonialist monsters that wanted to enslave everyone would collapse. And that's because they're not immortal. They're not super men. The same things that kill everyone else kills them too. And that's why the importance of supply chains have become a part of the lexicon of international relations like never before to reveal how vulnerable and weak they are to something so simple when denied to them. And why go after China for something you can say for them too.
Look at how much US Western allies will destroy their own economies for the US. It's more important for them than letting China have mutual benefits with them. They need China to buy their goods more than China needs them because what they only offer, China can get from somewhere else. And they somehow think they work on a higher evolutionary scale than everyone else where even American liberals look up at them as a model even for themselves...?
India is whining how come Trump isn't slapping China with the same reciprocal tariffs for buying Russian oil. Because China's retaliation would slam the US where winning would confusingly feel the same way as losing. Look at how blindly following the US like a lemming on anti-China policies are leading US allies over a cliff. They shouldn't be teasing when the dragon can survive without them.
