China and US cannot mobilize 700,00k troops (It does not mean they all Russian) with rotation for this long. behind this mobilization and rotation is thousands of helicopters and hundreds of transport plans and highly distributed air warfare from low altitude attack choppers and Su-25SM. 2m with speed of 224 km/hr.

"China and US cannot mobilize 700,00k troops"? You really don't have any idea what you are talking about. The US, which you claim where you are from, uses decimal period, same as China, in which case, 700,00K is 70 million, and Russia's population is only 146M. If you are from some country, like some Europe countries, that uses decimal comma, 700,00K is only 70W, and for China to mobilize this number of troops, it is really easy.

i made typo put k instead of zero. but 700K for three years with rotation simply not possible . it is not just initial mobilization but sustaining it over long term. I have doubts about Ukraine forces number. Zelensky is putting big numbers.

No. Continuous export of rare earth products for commercial use reduces the Western private sector’s incentive to build up the production capability. Western MIC cannot piggyback on private sector’s efforts, thus have to pay for the entire production chain themselves.

Also, completely cutting off RE now would have a similar effect as America embargoing oil to the Japanese during WWII. The impact on their entire industry, economy and military would be so profound that you would basically end up forcing them to go to war for that resource ASAP before their dwindling stocks runs out.
