Considering the aggressive attitude of India's Defense Minister and Foreign Minister, the so-called permanent solution to the problem is just a unilateral demand for China to make concessions, and India will never learn to live in friendly relations with its neighbors.
Negotiations always start with how much bargaining power you have to determine your position. With India's recent performance in Pakistan, they have even less bargaining power to negotiate yet they still want to try this crap.

Considering how Indians try to haggle with almost everything, you think they would have a better sense of where they stand right now. Seems not for some reason.

Only third world nations celebrate space tourism like its a national space program.

In 2007, Malaysia had sent a space tourist to the ISS via a Russian Soyuz craft for its "Angkasawan" program. Paid good money for the flight ticket (approx $26 mil). Sheikh Muszaphar Shukor is the first Malaysian to go to space.

"I'm hoping to be actually like Yuri Gagarin to inspire the nation," Shukor said, sitting next to the other Expedition-16 members due to fly aboard a Russian Soyuz rocket.
Big money spent. Big talk. Big ambitions. What had become of Malaysia's own space program since then? Crickets.

Outrageous a country as large as India stayed grounded for 41 years.
Should tiangongSS start inviting guests?
Not really outrageous if India admits its a third world nation. It is only outrageous because they have been calling themselves a Supapowar. The real superpowers don't wait 41 years for someone else to send their second space tourist into orbit. The real superpowers just send their own people into orbit whenever they please.

Hopefully theyre serious, so normal trade and business ties wont be affected anymore for both sides.

Also will they accept Cn proposal in the '60's?
They have never been serious in trade and business since the formation of their nation by the British.

The opportunity to accept China's proposal in the 50's and 60's have passed. India had provoked a war over it, lost, and still refuses to accept China's proposed demarcation lines to this day. They still want everything and Xizang. So no deal. China should claim every inch of land that rightfully belongs to them. Both Aksai Chin and Zangnan are no longer negotiable.

That proposal was based in China's power in the 60s.

I see no reason why that proposal should remain the same based in China's power in 2025 and future projections.

Taiwan also had a good offer in the past. Present offer is/will be nothing in comparison to what was initially offered

In game theory, given how India has revealed it's hostility against China, I see no reason why border conflict should be resolved. Border dispute should remain active so that China should have an excuse to trip up and pressure India whenever it wants.

You notice when the Chinese met with the US in London, Bessent left early and went back to the US to go to Congress where he was talking about how the US can’t let China win. Ever since he’s not the one talking about China. Now Lutnick is Trump’s point man on China it seems when before he was in the background. He’s the one that broke news of the rare earths deal. Did China say something mean to Bessent? Bessent is said to have worked with George Soros. George Soros has called for regime change in China.

To be fair Soros wants regime change in the U.S. as well.
