Writing like that just takes some exposure to some DoD-speak and choosing to use that kind of prose, it's no big deal.

That's fair. Though I will say it is exceedingly rare to see a civilian, who isn't former American military, employ the term "behove" as OP did.

Not angry enough unless he was intentionally trying to obfuscate authorship.

Though the breadth and overall quality of the reporting suggest that the author has "no life," is an "autist," and/or "PLA watches" in some professional (i.e. paid) capacity.

Lol. The Shaanxi Y-8 hater has been around a long time. Though I noticed a couple errors that are a bit unlike him in that post, like referring to J-15T as "J-15B".

Maybe this was a collective effort?

I am pretty sure puyee the last Qing emperor was pacified, not thrown into guillotine. Manchus were not genocided either. Only Mongols Drungar was genocided, by Qing emperor, who do not follow ways of Han traditions.

Manchus were absolutely slaughtered in the Southern parts of China. The Manchu conclaves and fortresses (满城) were all flattened by the Revolutionaries and their inhabitants driven out or killed. Of course it was done in the heat of the revolution and it was spontaneous and not carried out by a state actor as we understand it today, but the fact is a lot of Manchus were killed when the Qing was overthrown.

It's one of the reason why Puyi abdicated; he can either go away quietly, or others can make him go away quietly. (他要是体面,你就让他体面 他要是不体面,你就帮他体面)

While Russia and China sent their top diplomats, one absence stood out: India’s External Affairs Minister, Subrahmanyam Jaishankar, was a no-show at the meeting. His absence came as Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s government weighed its response to a deadly gun attack in Indian-administered Kashmir that killed more than 25 people on April 22. India has blamed Pakistan for the incident and vowed a “befitting reply”. In Jaishankar’s place, New Delhi was represented by its Brics sherpa, Dammu Ravi.

This is like that "LGBTQ Commies" psyop. They can't find a way to discredit an idea, so they try to link it to things like Hitler, LGBTQ stuff and now slavery in order to push people away from Communism/Socialism. This propaganda can confuse people so well, that they start to attack their own interests to the point where you see people hate on free healthcare, because they automatically associate it with "Red Commies".

It's more that there aren't many genuine effortposts these days on PLA matters, so it seems odd when one pops up.

Definitely not, though I suppose a sprinkle of it may be true...
I don't want to blow your horn but you're a treasure/gem to read because you have the intellectual heft, discipline, ethics, and genuine interest to post well-researched, and very well argued presentation. Most impressive and in my opinion just as important is your ability to be stoic and discipline with regards to how you craft your rebuttals in a manner that is very much deserving of your position and respect you hold on this forum and elsewhere you lend your hard earned credibility. Kudos to you sir!!
