There alot of stuff that Russia do on behalf of Arabs. I dont know this part of it. It was Arabs that invaded India and modern India divided to serve Arabs and alot of Indian wealth stored in Gulf. so they may not like further weakening of India. Just look at how many times Modi visited the Gulf Monarchies. but Not even Zelensky state the obvious when he blames everyone but that one and French are rolled up without a pip from Africa. And it is that foreign wealth that is keeping peace in Europe. Now they are in next stage of Innovation and Industrial military might through Ukraine conflict.. Obviously Russia want to be part of this great success story of soft power but they are sophisticated enough not too make obvious to Indians and other Muslims by put Iranian King but refers to Islam Golden Age.
