The preliminary evidence submitted by the applicant shows that from 2022 to 2024, the cumulative import volume of related products dumped from the United States and India increased by 13%, and the import price continued to decline, which depressed and suppressed the sales price of domestic products, and the domestic industry was in difficulty and in a loss-making state.
After receiving the application from the domestic industry, the investigation authority reviewed the application in accordance with relevant Chinese laws and regulations and in accordance with WTO rules, and believed that the application met the conditions for filing an anti-dumping investigation and decided to initiate an investigation. The investigation authority will conduct an investigation in accordance with the law and make an objective and fair ruling based on the results of the investigation.
