FAFO. The Chinese government won't allow foreign companies to press Chinese companies to take the hit on the Trump tariffs. Walmart is gonna get into serious trouble for this. If they still want to double down on this, Chinese companies have the right to refuse loss-making business with them. I welcome Walmart to go find alternative suppliers in ASEAN, and Supapowar Bharat.

Quick. Enjoy your Starlink now while its still Jai Hind-free. Once the Jai Hinds come on board, you're gonna miss the good old days.

"China with a growing population" tells you all you need to know about their understanding of the outside world.
Well. Supapowar Bharat's population is growing even faster, and they love cow milk too. It should have been a good idea to sell them dairy products that China is not buying.

Or maybe it doesn't work? The vast majority of Supapowar Bharat citizens still don't have access to supermarkets and upmarket grocers. Plus they can't afford imported American dairy products anyway.

LoL those farmers. Lots of them voted for Trump. They voted for tariffs on imports from China. They said that if China stops buying their stuff, they can sell it to other "friends" like Japan. So why should they complain now?

Surprise! The US will have deficit in food trade for three years in a row. First time since Eisenhower. Bloomberg blames it on Trump.

Quetta, PakistanCNN —
Nearly 350 hostages have been rescued at the end of a deadly standoff between Pakistan’s military and armed militants who hijacked a train in the southwestern Pakistani province of Balochistan, a security source told CNN Wednesday. The incident, which began Tuesday left dozens dead.

The Baloch Liberation Army (BLA), a militant separatist group active in the restive and mineral-rich Balochistan province, claimed responsibility for the attack.

A total of 27 hostages were killed by the BLA, the security source said, as well as one soldier. At least 35 militants were killed in the rescue operation, the security source added.
