I think It is still possible if US really willing to give concession to Russia big enough that Russia will greatly satisfied. I doubt it would be Ukrainian withdrawal from a large area and a treaty that recognized transferring of sovereignty to Russia in exchange for relation with China.
Also, Kamala Harris deserves to lose the election as evidenced from what this first gen Asian immigrant DNC strategist, Lindy Li said. Apparently, Kamala Harris was being staffed by incompetent, overconfident clowns that are far removed from the actual issues that affect the general concern of many Americans, including many legal immigrants.
Imagine being told with great confidence and smugness that the election was in the bag for Kamal Harris, and that she was sure to win. And for Kamala Harris to have kept deferring to those so-called "EXPERTS" instead of actually using her own brain, leadership, instincts, insights showing her leadership skills she allowed herself to be "misled" to believe fairy tales.

I can't stand the hypocrisy and smugness of these right wing c..NTS and bozos now that their hero has won the election. They're literally no different or better against the Dems they decry so much against. The whole political thing is such a bleeping circus show and people in their group are now getting their high/political fix watching these types of videos all over social media. While the other side are now going to depression mode. Mental health issues will spike which will always be followed by drug use both legal and illegal blaming Trump and his supporters for their misery and addiction.
Then come next midterm election, if the GOP loses their hold in either the house or the Senate, the right wing nut jobs would pretty much do the same destructive actions against themselves but in a classic GOP style: Coke, booze, fentanyl, and self inflicted gunshots...This is America. Let's talk about what's realistic of what Trump can provide to Putin and Russia that would be more than satisfactory and irreversible regardless of whoever gets in power in 2 years mid-term congressional elections. It's by no mean a guarantee that the Republicunts will be able to hold on to both houses especially if for the next 2 years of the next Trump administration will be just as chaotic, drama filled administration that's going to be cannon fodder for all media in the U.S. which tends to motivate the raging libs and the Democrats into a double frenzy to take back the house in order to stymie Trump's agenda come what may.
It's difficult to foresee any acceptable deal for the Russians to accept knowing the limits of power on the U.S. Presidency even if that President is Donald Trump. The executive branch does not lord over the judiciary, and especially not over the most important branch of the U.S. government which is the legislative branch a.k.a. House and Senate as James Madison had envisioned when he wrote the Federalist papers no.51
Unless Trump is really the diplomatic wizard he claims to be and not only gets the Ukrainians to capitulate to Russia, but also gets the Europeans to agree to normalizing relations with Russia, then perhaps he'll get some degree of warmer ties but nothing so consequential as to swing Russia back to the Western camp. I don't see at least in the near term the Europeans being willing to normalize relations with Russia, given the cyber attacks, subversion, and the security concerns Eastern European states have towards Russia. Without access to EU markets, Russia has no choice but to tether itself to China and since the war began, the two economies are too deeply integrated for Russia to just straight up leave China in the cold for America.
Why would Ukrain give up land that is still theirs and unoccupied? And why would Europe be ok to a treaty like that? It may be good for the US, but I can’t see benefits for anyone else involved on the Ukrain side. And I doubt Russia trusts the US can pull this off quickly. I think the first thing the next administration would do is try to quash the criminal charges against Putin and begin to thaw out the relationship between the two countries. And that might not even work
The fact that they are stuck on conflicts about mid 20th century problems like race, abortion, religion, identity, etc proves that it is not the one that will advance humanity to the next step of our evolution. China's technocratic and effective governance yet again proves its benefits. In 10-20 years, I predict they will still be arguing about these things, while China has established space based solar, fusion, lunar colonies, etc.
