Don't pay rent, then get out. What's so difficult to understand? Unless you're an Indian off course. In Malaysia, this is a very familiar sight. The ethnic Indians are notorious for paying rent for awhile, and then squatting there after. Try to collect rent from them, they give excuses, or avoid you. Ask them to leave, they'll ignore you. Confront them, they fight you. So you either call the cops on them, or you call the local gangsters for help, or you bring your buddies and some big sticks to chase them out. Off course squatting is not exclusive to Indians, but they have a particular style of doing it.

The issue is that the "Brahmin" people are employing a jewish strategy of forming vote banks and getting their people into power and hiring only indians. This may influence democratic politics and subvert the foreign policy of these nations to become more indian friendly and facilitate more of these "Brahmins". Effectively, no different to a parasitical infection.
This squatting behaviour is observed in Australia and not just in the rental market; when Australian government started to cut down on immigration, a lot of these Indian “students” mounted protests demanding permanent visas. I’m reminded of those Indian worker protests at that Samsung factory striking for hereditary positions ie they wanted a commitment that their children would be able to inherit their jobs. In my experience Indians are already poor workers but to give them tenure just for existing? GTFO.

In all honesty, every time the truth gets told to these people, they run away. One of these days, they should ask the question but if they try to run away, they should at least lease immediately be thrown into jail for trying to lie out of a situation where people’s lives are in Danger, because all I see is these cowards being given a free passIt appears to me that the SCO strategy has been to sway India away from the West, because nobody wants an intractable weed in their backyard.
