Victims of mass brainwash they may be, but even if the elites are punished, given the sheer scale of the harm done not only to the Palestinians but also to the Middle East with their indiscriminate bombings of their neighbors for decades and the love for collective punishment being something the elites have hammered into their nation image, I fear that their victims will not entertain the idea that just getting rid of the elites is going to be remotely enough.
