American PMC won’t be there if the US military withdraws from both Syria and Iraq. Without the US military, those PMC will have to calculate the risks of the Syrians or Turks making large moves against the Kurds.

That won't happen. PMC is essentially outsourced suppliers (sub-contractors) to major manufacturers in industry, with US military being that major manufacturer. If major manufacturer has no business, sub-contractors loose jobs too. It is a relationship of fur and skin.

Doesn't that make it a great excuse for the US to reduce their military presence in West Asia, so that they can shift more of their military manpower to the IndoPac and increase their focus against China instead?

Well it's like having ten pots with things in them that are about to boil over, and having only 3 lids to put onto the pots.
And one of those pot requires all 3 lids stacked on top together if you want to prevent it from boiling over.
