Ban all Japanese food due to radioactivity and because it may contain whale, which is illegal in China.

If they want to export to China, they must pay for Chinese inspectors to be present at all food export facilities, and their equipment, to ensure no radioactive contamination or presence of whale meat.

Why is everyone neglecting to tie-in that the invasion of Panama, international kidnapping, show-trial, and life-long incarceration of Manuel Noriega, were all in effort to cover-up these crimes?
