With help from CAS, Thailand Tokamak1 (TT-1) completed construction and successfully started running for experiments. TT-1 is a gift from CAS to Thailand. It is based on China's HT-6M which has been overhauled and upgraded by CAS in China before shipped to Thailand in 2022.

中国科研团队助泰国建成并成功运行托卡马克装置​

据中国科学院合肥物质科学研究院25日消息，由中国科学院合肥物质科学研究院等离子体物理研究所(下称等离子体物理研究所)与泰国核技术研究所合作建设的泰国托卡马克1号装置(Thailand Tokamak1，TT-1)当天在泰国正式交付并投入物理实验行。泰国公主诗琳通和中国驻泰国大使韩志强出席活动。

TT-1装置是基于等离子体物理研究所第二代托卡马克HT-6M全面升级改造后的常规磁体托卡马克装置。2017年8月与泰国核技术研究所签署合作协议，决定向其赠送HT-6M装置，并在装置改造、工程技术研发、物理实验运行、聚变人才培养等方面向泰国核技术研究所提供全方位的帮助。2018年7月，诗琳通来该所访问推动中泰托卡马克合作进展。2022年7月，HT-6M在该所完成装置主机和子系统全面升级改造及系统集成调试。之后，通过竣工验收并改名为TT-1装置，2022年12月运往泰国核技术研究所。2023年5月，TT-1装置在泰国核技术研究所完成安装并开启实验调试。

据介绍，中国科学院合肥物质科学研究院等离子体物理研究所与泰国核技术研究所积极响应共建“一带一路”倡议，合作建成了泰国乃至东盟国家首个托卡马克装置，同时帮助泰国培养了一支聚变研究青年人才团队。

TT-1装置的建成并正式投入实验运行，是近年来中泰聚变合作的丰硕成果，也是中泰科技创新合作的亮点之一。等离子体物理研究所和泰国核技术研究所将持续开展务实合作，吸引更多东盟地区的青年人员投身聚变科学研究，把TT-1装置打造成中泰科技合作的标杆，并将共同建设中国——东盟聚变研究中心。

Sir If I may regarding song artist the present Chinese singers tramp the Collective West big time (I used to be a big fan of western music BUT no more), you're right about the obscurity because of language. BUT if you have the time and a music connoisseur please check the following Chinese artist and enjoy their music.

And one more thing being a Chinese chauvinist , I can proudly say that the sound of Mandarin being sung and spoken is truly pleasing to the ears.

I'm sure Mandarin songs are just as nice as English or whatever songs but again they are nowhere as popular or as common as English ones because of language.
It's also the same reason why most(I think) of us don't know any famous Zimbabwean or Hungarian singers even if they have voices of angels.
OTOH someone like Taylor Swift, Elvis or Beyonce is known worldwide. I'm 99.999% sure if Taylor Swift had only ever sung songs in Hindi or Bulgarian she would not be well known.

Correct sir, it also how many local listeners there is. China had 1.4 billion people surely those numbers can support an indigenous music industries, while SK and Japan can't and need to export their song to stay viable. Thus instead of creative music it had been capture by corporate greed. I love Japanese music before BUT lately it had become stalled, bland and boring, they're a trailblazer during their time , Now it had become a shell of her former self.
