No. I know someone with below average pay who lived decently in Taiwan for a decade before returning to the U.S.

What a load of bull. Most Russian warheads aren't stored in silos. So the idea you can take them out with this kind of warhead, even if possible, is foolish in the extreme. Plus the Russians have switched almost all their ICBMs and SLBMs to MIRVed versions.

It is possible but you'll have to live extremely frugally, if central American illegal immigrants who gets paid way below minimum wage can manage to pay bills and build houses back home while also paying protection fee to Cartels African Americans can do it as well, The issue is mostly a lack of right role models for the community and the absence of father figures.
