It is possible but you'll have to live extremely frugally, if central American illegal immigrants who gets paid way below minimum wage can manage to pay bills and build houses back home while also paying protection fee to Cartels African Americans can do it as well, The issue is mostly a lack of right role models for the community and the absence of father figures.
