Iran has to save face somehow. We don't know whether they will retaliate or let Hezbollah to retaliate which were going to with or without any assassination.
There's been so many assassinations in Iran. What's wrong with their security forces I wonder? Why can't they keep at least their capital in check?

And it seems the assassins usually get away.

And this is a country that still allows instagram and Twitter and WhatsApp Until 2022 and vpns until this year. I mean wtf.

They need to do a china style smart city concept, better national security, ban western social media etc. How do they even protect their supreme leader?

Why should Israel attack Iran's supreme leader? They like him

What has he done to measurably increase Iran's national comprehensive strength? Has he fixed the economy, invested in infrastructure, fixed the westernisation of Iranian youth, etc..

Israel couldnt ask for a better person to lead their enemy

They don’t even have the competency to protect their own President.

The only force that can destroy Israel in a conventional warfare in the middle east is turkey

Hezbollah has to rely on missiles which can no doubt cause great damage to Israel but it will also make Lebanon vulnerable to annihilation

Doesn’t that make it even worse? If it’s an airstrike the results are expected since the IDF is several generations ahead technologically. But if it is good old bullets then you must be so heavily infiltrated by Israelis agents that it is a surprise more high level officials didn’t get killed too.

Conflicting reports on how he was assassinated, seems like an airstrike now.

Even though Turkey make some harsh statements about Palestine... These country is not Arab and will not accept going to war or crisis for the Palestinian Arabs.
Iran in order to avoid fighting on its own soil, creates a proxy force using only Shia Muslims in the middle east. They will not take any big step for Sunni Palestinians too.
Only Egypt, Jordan and the Gulf Arabs can liberate Palestine, but they do not have the independence to do so.
some countries pretend to be independent but they are agents. and when Europe gets weakened they are exposed.
This is the Golden Age of Gulf Arabs it is just they may want to shuffle things other places.
