Why does he look so cucked giving that address?

Because the CIA is instigating riots at this very moment.

You might be thinking now that these are some sane Israeli protestors upset about the rape. Actually, these are totally insane human-animals upset about soldiers being investigated for the gangrape of Gazan prisoner in Israeli jail. And these aren't just ordinary citizens. Israeli finance minister and national security minister, Smotrich and Ben Gvir, are ordering the army to release the soldiers.

The atrocities committed by some of the Israeli guards of the concentration camp is at the level of Unit 731.

If doping can really make you look so bad, I wonder how Lance Armstrong is nowadays.

It doesn't matter what OS is used if a business decides to install software from firms such as Crowdstrike.
Digital yuan will most likely not be managed by a business. I assure you that the Chinese government will not be outsourcing critical components of their digital currency network to such companies without serious oversight and review of each patch made.
IIRC, there were Linux machines negatively affected by Crowdstrike a few years ago before the last debacle.
I speak of a custom-built mainframe with a custom-built kernel (though probably forked off Linux). These cannot really be compared to some servers run by people who simply purchase solutions from other companies. There is no room for "let's outsource this without oversight" when it comes to building a digital currency.
There is much reduced possibility for failure when there is only one vendor for the software, and only one hardware that the software must run on (even better when the software and hardware are made for each other), and the government is standing over the shoulder of the singular vendor to make sure everything works.
Anyways, back to AIX as an example of a robust custom-built kernel: AIX mainframes have not had a serious failure in all the years they have served as the workhorse of the global financial sector. I think that is a good enough rebuttal of "we can't have a digital currency because the servers might fail".

So heavily censored that it could be about ancient aliens for all we know…

It could also be a redacted confession of sorts. For all we know, all those redacted sections are examples of the things the US has done abroad through the control of Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Twitter, etc. So they could actually be saying, underneath the redaction (if anything is even there), that they know China "could" do this to USA because USA already did (and still is doing) the same shit to everyone else in the world.

Apparently, a lot of items are on the agenda when Xi visits Brazil for a state visit in November (and attend the G20), including the possibility of Brazil officially joining BRI. This will also come directly after Xi's visit to Peru to attend the APEC summit and most likely inaugurate the China-built Chancay megaport that promises to greatly facilitate China-South America trade.
Basically, a full scale public humiliation of the US and its Monroe Doctrine is being planned for November.
But but...Brazil is still under OAS and their leadership under Silva still align with US led coup tactic in neighbouring Venezuela.

Business interests are useless if end of the day Brazil is still under the thump control of US.

If the EPA head drank water from the creek like a chad then maybe they wouldn’t need to resort to this?

Speaking of drinking like a chad, I would like to apologize to Mr. Bhagwant Mann for mocking him when news of his hospitalization first broke. At least he does as he preaches, which is way more than I can say for the EPA virgins.

Remember how people laughed at the “conspiracy” that Google suppressed news of the East Palestine derailment because of the word “Palestine”. Ten months later, do you still think it is a “conspiracy”?
