I haven't heard p*ki dot in N.America in more than 20 years. It was common in the 90s. That said, I do not recall seeing any women here wearing that dot, in just as long. I wonder what changed.
Just read a report on this development yesterday. It showed how an American solar panel company now is the highest valued in the world despite having not even 1/10th of the manufacturing or sales of a Chinese rival. Essentially, value built on a heap of trash, courtesy American experts who specialize in rearranging and manipulating financial instruments.
Incidentally, the company First Solar Inc was involved in a, now surfacing, political scandal consisting of lobbying Biden in 2020 with "donations".

It's really amazing how that word and a lot of other racial stereotypes of India came from 4chan. A tiny site of social rejects still manage to defeat 1.4 B superpower and they did it for free too.
Btw don't feel pity for Indians. They take that as a weakness too. Arabs, Iranians, Uzbeks, Brits and hell even Indians themselves, you know what they all have in common? They beat Indians with force until they understand. Everyone feels some degree of shame but they don't. So no playing nice with them.
Indians will call you say you are a Paki, Chinese or Bengali if you insult them. They don't say you're white. Why? Because as we know with Indians they are conditioned to only talk down on people they feel superior to but cower away in front of their superiors. Brits conditioning them well.
But I have no clue how they think they can look down on Chinese. They're really not in a position to. Maybe after the Taiwan issue is dealt with, a China should annex northeast India. Maybe then they will learn there's one more race they're not allow to talk back to.
