Maybe they could start by demanding to their masters in the White House to stop putting so many unnecessary sanctions to Chinese companies. Just maybe.
Frankly I lost any respect if I had any for the Europeans. They hated Trump yet they followed him without question. They could've saved the world and it would be different for even them if they didn't do his bidding and now for Biden. Contrary to how they make themselves out to be, they are not a distinct voice in the world. They are just a stooge for the US. The US is a destabilizing force in the world like a baby with a temper-tantrum. Let them pay the price for their decisions.

Yet another building project of the USA that has failed to deliver. Now we know why people prefer China to be the ones to do building projects, not only is it structurally sound but it has no hidden agendas involved. Seriously Biden has been a wrecking ball for the US brand, to the point where it will simply never recover
That reminds me, whatever happened to Build Back Better and that Blue dot bs?

Indeed, the Europeans proved they cared more about white supremacy than rule of law or fairness, despite their fart sniffing and self aggrandisement and preaching. In fact, you can observe this when Europeans go to the anglosphere and witness how quickly they adopt the white supremacist attitude of Anglo society. Eg Irish who would have been nothing back home, assuming airs and bullying asians in Australia.

Reminder that back in 2010, when Obama offered China the role of a G2, it would have to go through what Japan is currently undergoing: massive stagflation because it would have to accept U.S. inflation and give up Chinese monies and wealth to Americans and have to put up with sex pests in China, much as Japan is currently experiencing given the low Yen.

im old enough to remember the melamine baby formula scandal and white Anglo mouthpieces gloating over the misfortune of Chinese babies and the Chinese people. What are we to make of silicone fruits in Anglo America? Are the American ruling elite hiding famine figure with plastic food?

I have a darker theory that they have either accidentally or purposefully cross pollinated genetically modified crops and now it’s spreading across the American agricultural heartland.

First they made bribery legal now this.... as I said, law serves hegemony, and both are constrained by the 2nd law of thermodynamics and entropy. Won't be long before prostitution will be legalized as American woman resort to the world's oldest profession to put foods into their mouths once petrodollar goes the way of dodo bird

Yeah they care about Brazil... Don't sell your pork to China because it might ruin other markets they sell pork to. Doesn't Brazil have the capability to figure it that out on their own? If it's somehow bad because the West spins it that way, Brazil can choose not to sell to China. But of course the West wants to make everyone believe China puts a gun to their heads and forces them to do this. If that was the case why didn't anti-China Bolsonaro cry to the West for help because big bad China was forcing them to make money selling soy to China...?

Humans evolved to eat more than we need and store the extra calories as fat because food until very recently in human history has been scarce for most. It was an evolutionary advantage, something that offered a survival benefit.
Second, he argues against Ozempic because it makes you lose muscles too. Yes, we know. It happens whenever your body is in a caloric deficit, it'll get energy from whatever tissue be it fat or muscles.
What's the point of storing excess calories as fat if in a energy deficit you are gonna expend muscle instead of fat for energy? Unlike fat, proteins/muscles serve crucial functional and structural roles. Like the Diet Doctor put it: a man lives in the woods, collects timber in the summer and stores it for use in the winter, and when winter comes, he throws his sofa into the fireplace; it's nonsense. Contrary to popular belief, muscle loss is minimal (restricted to transition phase) because it is unsustainable and totally nonsensical from a biological perspective, unless you are in a state of extreme starvation in which lipids aren't available for burning. Imagine your body catabolizing your heart muscle for energy while there is several pounds of fat on your belly - totally makes sense (/s).

Guess how a diet works? It also works be creating a caloric deficit. That's why even natural body-builders who go through a bulk and cut cycle have trouble maintaining their strength during the cut cycle. Ozempic won't let you cut fat preferentially, you still need to exercise to do that.
This calorie in / calorie out (CICO) model is a thing of the 1970's, outdated science because it does not account for the role of hormones. CICO model was replaced by the hormonal model. CICO is unable to predict stuff like fat loss in caloric surplus (i.e. by elevated thyroxine), or fat gain in caloric deficit (i.e. by elevated insulin which is very common). Exercise doesn't burn much fat either unless you're an athlete training 6 hours a day. A normal person running for an hour may burn 600 calories.. the equivalent of a 6oz hamburger.... but if said person has high insulin, the body will be forced to shutdown/limit other metabolic processes (i.e. cognition) to conserve energy because insulin does not allow fat burning.

Media and corporate entities have marred nutrition with pseudoscientific nonsense for ulterior commercial motives. Here's a real breather of what actually happens,

This seems like strategic confusion, because the navy got their asses handed to them by the coast guard.

There seems to be two underlying assumptions here, not to offend anyone, even though these two points will offend.

1. The Philippine people have this underlying assumption that America will definitely come to fight on their behalf, over crap like this? They actually believe that.

2. The Philippine people have this unwavering conviction that the white American will beat up the yellow Chinese, when it does not matter who is white or non-white, what matters is who is outgunned. That kind of seems obvious, yet they do not see it that way.

Conclusion, more bitch slapping ahead.

Finally, should be said that this gray zone activities must be backed up by real force, force that will kill everything in sight.

The gray zone activities is to avoid killing everything in sight.

War is still an ugly business.

Best to be avoided.
