Depending on the severity. Normally its fines, warnings, and a booking if its nothing too serious, and both parties can settle their disputes, like in this case. If there are broken bones, serious injuries, or death, then there could be jail time and whipping by the rattan stick.

I think the same laws applies to foreigners. Naturally, any foreigner vs local fights is gonna get more attention and hatred. So the public might demand for harsher punishments. Unless the foreigner has some important contacts who might be able to bail them out. The law is easy to bend in Malaysia with money and connections.

Tbh I think it just has to do with Indians getting confidence from numbers. Bruce Lee and some of the more shrunken grandmas are kinda the exception to the rule, Hindus, south east asians and aboriginals are the smallest size human phenotypes on average, Chinese are pretty middle of the road, around the size of your average middle Easterner, anglo or south European, especially what with most being more than well fed.

India probably sends larger or much larger individual squads, it's a big prestige thing for them and they're not exactly well equipped. Which doesn't help them when smaller PLA groups have crowd control weapons and can also call in reinforcements by atv/heli etc. But in some cases like Galwan, it tempts the Indians to attack.

China is fully aware that they will be the next target if Russia were to fall to US aggression in Europe. The neocon/neolib US is trying to have it both ways by saying "1) its totally OK if we topple governments left and right" and "2) You better not respond to our flagrant breeches of international law (even if it is directly aimed against you) or else!!!" This insane and insidious behavior should no longer be tolerated by the international community (the real one). This destructive supremacist behavior has no place in the 21st century.

That was my impression up until a decade ago. I think Chinese are getting bigger overall population wise due to better nutrition and better prenatal health of the mothers. There is also a large north south divide (based on staple food source whether it is wheat or rice) in that Northern Chinese tend to be taller, but we don't see too many of them outside of China because it is the Southern Chinese that emigrate out, and they tend to be smaller (the previous generations were anyways). But overall, my impression is that Chinese people are getting taller.

NATO has been the bullyboy for so long it no longer understands what reasonableness actually means. Because they honestly think reasonable is utter subservience to whatever the hell their latest whims are, and anything less is being actively hostile. That’s the root reason why there is a war in Ukraine, because they just cannot help themselves from wanting to continue to push Russia’s buttons just because Russia isn’t being a literal slave state to them.

That’s typical American MO. It goes something like this:
1) US creates a problem, eg tensions with North Korea
2) US tries to extricate itself from problem without losing face, fails.
3) US tries to get China to fix the problem which in no way relates to China
4) when China wants no part of it, US threatens China to fix the problem the U.S. caused, thereby creating another copy of the problem leading us back to 1).

you must remember that western leaders never experienced the ramifications of their actions, they believe in concepts like whipping boys and scapegoats and you see their members getting promoted after creating a mess eg von der leyen.

Like I said bro being Chinese is beautiful, I regret I was born earlier, if I was born today, I may have ate a lot of white leghorn everyday from breakfast, lunch and dinner. ;)

From the anglo point of view, the natural order of things inevitably ends with East Asians superseding the whites, due to being more numerous, intelligent and harder working. This pathological insecurity explains every discriminatory policy to every rumour / slander that has been disseminated against Asians.
The events of the last 10 years and the projected future trend is a realization of their worst nightmare, which is loss of dominance, loss of competitiveness, and (hilariously) the loss of "their" women, hence the desperation.

Perhaps clarifying that the women are older than 18 and do not have male genitalia will be sufficient to deter angloid interest...
