I try not to think too much about India because they aren't the highest priority at the moment. But damn they make it difficult online.
Japan and resurging?. This is not going to happen. Japan got few decades head start post 1945 due to sophisticated containing strategy of Europe by Saudis and later other Gulf Emirates. There will be no need to come in public for creating New Europe if existing powers have even remote chance to compete with Europe certainly not current US or so called Global South. i am not referring to Europe strength in building physical products like number of cars or weopons but that mind set aka liberal consensus and demographic trends. Its very very rare that both Saudi and UAE give investment conferences to small non muslim country like Georgia that does not have much to offer. now imagine what they know about others where they have bigger stakes.

The CNBC propagandists and the neocon/neolib regime apparatchik Haass display an amazing amount of dishonesty and ignorance about China, Russia and the rest of the world. IMHO, it is a good thing that these neocon/neolib regime bots are honest about their desire to dominate the world.
Just one comment on Putin, in general.
I could be entirely wrong, but I think I only remember seeing a truly relaxed and smiling Putin when he is either in Russia, or visiting his friend China.
When Putin is around anyone else, like Westerners, seems to me his body language and demeanor expects a knife fight to break out at any second and he has to be ready.
