Going south in favor of China.
You're literally the first person in the world who I've heard say that. The US president doesn't agree:
Gulf Arabs need to know what side is going to control the future. Having oil doesn't guarantee their viability. Iran, Iraq, Venezuela all have oil, but when they go against the hard power of the dominant global power, they end up poor. Gulf Arabs follow that hard power to stay rich.
Not enough hard power; it lost to the USA.
You're the only one who understands what you're saying here. And this sentence also abides by your long standing debate "strategy" of, "It's too complicated. You don't get it. I can't explain it."
And these industrial policies are funded by what? Japanese/Korean money? Arab money? Or is everyone working for free because of "soft power." Money and investments are all hard power.
Another, "It's too complicated. You don't get it. I can't explain it," statement LOL. You need deep study before you even understand the difference between hard and soft power.
