This list is not accurate how can Germany ahead of France and Turkey. but most countries have too commercialize there Soft Power that has reduced Soft Power effectiveness internally and externally. Soft Power cannot go up and down with Hard Power nor it can be cheaply purchased like TV dramas. there are three Arab countries in the list with population of about 40m but there Soft Power is far complicated and Sophisticated for this simple list.
These pics in Green in Riyadh, Syria and Crimea are all visible demonstration of Arabic Soft Power. Zelenski is now learning that there is that Green Soft Power that he could not see on this scale. but those who are interested in Arabic soft power can observe it.

Soft power is like the British trying to get being raped in a virtual reality environment to be treated like a real rape. The West likes to make up something out of nothing. What does having soft power get you? Can it get someone to commit murder for you? How about fight a war for you?
They say it’s not soft power if it involves manipulation like the prospect of gain. They claim Western soft power does not do that hence why the West has the most soft power. All the West’s soft power involves offering something so the West gets something. Look at all the Asians who are rabidly pro-West hoping it’ll make them white. They do it all with the hopes they’ll be considered white in the end. That isn’t expecting gain?
Palau notoriously anti-China singing the praises of the US and democracy recently threatened that they would turn on the US and run to China if the US didn’t give them what was promised for taking an anti-China stance. Is that the kind of soft power those that say the US has while China doesn’t are talking about?
