This recent findings bode well for China as a whole despite the massive effort and money from its many rivals not the least amongst them being the U.S.
While India has apparently fallen down to their supapowah ranking of 29th place. Also THE EXTRA ARAB SOFT POWER DOESN'T APPEAR ON THE LIST because the list isn't SOPHISTICATED enough. I wonder what our Arab superpower expert residence would say about this report.

Russian soft power has grown after defending itself while anti Russian countries like Germany declined in soft power.
I am still not sure what soft power Germany has. Everyone tells me learning German is useless because US already imposed 100% English on them, nobody watches German TV or movies, nobody plays German games, nobody knows German music newer than Beethoven and he's Austrian...
