It is disappointing how much the Russians bend over backwards for India just because they don’t want to go all in on China and feel like they need to counter balance China with India. In a way, this was their own fault for swinging too far towards the west and are now scrambling to keep as many friends as they can, even as India scrambles to join Anglo zionist projects and alliances aimed against China, the only nation underpinning russia’s independence.
Even with Putin, a Russia without the backing of China would have been Yeltsin all over again,except governing a smaller balkanised russian republic.
I’ve always wondered why Chinese government made a public statement of ceasing shipping to Israel. Given the Houthi activity against western shipping, it’s not too far fetched for any Five Eyes agent to destroy Chinese shipping under the false flag of Houthi drones. Anglos have long wished to cripple Chinese trade in their desire to contain China.
For China to come out publicly against shipping to Israel means the blame for any attack on Chinese shipping will be sourced to its correct perpetrators.
I don't think Russia can make choices. What they're doing with India is consistent with China has planned out for India. Otherwise, China could just have kicked India out of most world organizations and made them into a pariah.
India is a gamble, but so far one that hasn't paid off badly. China doesn't need an India thats licking China's boots, in fact, it may not even want one, because anything India touches turns into shit. It just needs an India who is causing chaos for the west.
When Indians "join" any project, they have expectations and egos that need to be assauged. That's an issue for the west, because the west values face over everything else. Notice how when Indians simp over Israel online, most Israelis are not thrilled at all over the prospect. Because Indians don't approach "partnership" as equals, rather they approach it in a paternalistic manner. And for the west, to be patronized by brown non-whites, by idol worshippers, makes them lose so much face that they get extremely angry.
Add to that the fact that massive amounts of Indian migrants causing increasing fear and loathing among westerners.
India and the west are being set up for collision course. The love story between the west and India is one where both think of themselves as the man in charge and the other one as the submissive wife. China is gambling on that relationship to never work, and that's a fairly safe gamble.
Ultimately, India, just like the other "global south" countries, will be used to open fronts of competition in order to degrade the west.

Basically went with a method of max pressure, to try and get concessions/deals (where he would reduce pressure after deal).
But all in all, he ended up with no deal, but rather a breakdown in relationship, so things have actually worsened lol.
The obvious issue with that strategy is, if the victim gives in to the pressure once, the perpetrator can repeat the strategy over and over to get infinite concessions. So if you don't want to be a victim, you don't give in at all. You counter with your own pressure, so the relationship spirals.
