Serious question, why does it really matter if Biden or the White House know about Austin's hospitalization. It's not like Biden is functional, nor does he make any decisions anyways. As for Sullivan, that name hasn't been brought up since Oct 7th.
Really puts into perspective why China didn't bother sending anyone senior to meet with Lloyd Austin given he was just a cardboard cutout for the real powerbrokers of the US Foreign Policy ie the National Security Council.

Regarding the story about finding water instead of rocket fuel in the fuel tank... I would have to categorize this as an outright lie. First of all, since military missiles mostly use solid fuel propellant that leaves the DF-5B which requires liquid fuel I believe as the only candidate where this possibly could've happened. Rocket fuel is highly corrosive hence why the missile would have to be fueled right before launch and not just resting in the missile waiting. So was China about to launch a nuclear attack when it failed to fire to which is how they discovered water instead of rocket fuel? The US went apeshit when they discovered that in the past China was just discussing as an option of using a drone to kill a drug lord in Southeast Asia. I think China about to launch a nuclear attack would've been the bigger story and yet they were drooling in glee wanting it to be about corruption in the ranks where Xi is hesitant to start a war because he doesn't know if there's rocket fuel or water in his missiles.

And the guy who wrote the article is a military affairs expert for Bloomberg...? And he got it from US military intelligence sources? He didn't know that most modern missiles use solid fuel propellant? How could someone add water? To suggest corruption means they were that dumb to think they could switch solid fuel with water like there was a fuel tank. The water spilling out of the missile as the were pouring it in wasn't a hint? Does he also think when Chinese fighter pilots want to fire one of their missiles, they climb out onto the fighter with a gas can to fuel up the missile before they fire it? If this came from US military intelligence, it's the US that should be worried about their capabilities when they get just simple information wrong. Their military intelligence is full of dumb idiots if they believe it. Or was this for American consumption because they know Americans are that dumb to believe it?
Is there a particular reason why Bloomberg has become garbage in recent years? They used to be useful when providing business news but now I would argue they are even worse than other peers like WSJ.

I know about the $800 million anti-China news. But Bloomberg seems to be a far bigger offender.

What follows the Sultanate of Rum is the Osman (Ottoman) Empire which existed entirely by virtue of conquest, slavery and extortion of trade. And tales of delusional grandeur that continue to this day in Turkey. Without the Ottoman Empire and their avarice there would be no European colonial era. It began as remedy to Ottoman extortion.
i dont see where you mention German fought Turks?. If Germans were really against this Ottoman empire this empire would not have existed for this long. Even Ataturk created Turkey went straight into Nato and standing at the door of EU. it certainly not remedy when gross interference coming from Europe through Turkey. I think Israel knows it has to keep certain distance from Europe and Turkey. these Gulf Arabs support Trump. because they see him more effective in things that are important to them and they are not limited to Mideast issues and Trump can accelerate decline of Europe. The point i am making is you havent fully researched this topic from Arab perspective.

If it was ancient then it was around during the Qing Empire, and it clearly didn't work for the Qing Empire. In fact, the problem was not even one of technology. In 1880s, Qing Beiyang Navy had metal battleships with steam power, artillery, electricity, etc. and still lost to Japan.

There was something new introduced by the PRC. I am not allowed to say. But you can infer for yourself.

Just because something was in use at the time of the late Qing doesn’t automatically make it trash, and just because something is new doesn’t make it not trash. Correlation doesn’t equal causation.

Indeed, the root cause of the downfall of the Qing, and all dynasties before them, is arrogance and complacency in thinking they have found the magic source code to life. This then lead to wanton corruption, cronyism and the abandonment of all of the core principles and practices that allowed them to gain power in the first place.

The worst thing a society can do is allow power to be inherited instead of earned. What inevitability happens when that happens is that insecure spoilt brats persecute and eliminate everyone with real learning, talent and capability around them as those people pose too much of a threat to their egos by having all those admirable qualities the spoilt brats can’t or won’t attain themselves. The brats then surrounded themselves with talentless and shameless yes-men cronies who’s sole purpose is to make the brats feel good about themselves.

The yes-men cronies then repeat and cascade the same effect downwards and outwards until the entire core of imperial power is rotten through.

If that sounds familiar it should, as we are seeing the late stages of such an idiot infestation play out across western capitals in real time.

In the modern western political world, talent is entirely irrelevant. The best test scores in the world doesn’t count for shit in an election, indeed, in most cases it’s an actual detriment since so much of American society at large are illiterate and gets triggered by smart people who actually applied themselves and achieved their potential. What really matters is name recognition and money. The only ‘outsiders’ who could break into this walled garden of the political elite are people like Trump, who are media whores billionaires who spent the overwhelming majority of their life and wealth name dropping themselves every chance they get to build enough name recognition to allow their money to do the rest. And even then look at what happened with the old school American political elite closing ranges to try and freeze him out of having a second term via the courts.

The best thing that the PRC has done is allow true upwards mobility of its people to move into any post in the land so long as their talent, willpower and luck holds out, in that all of the top decision making positions are earned through decades of consistent hard work and results instead of empty slogans and outright lies.

If you think that is the magic ‘cheat code’, then you are right. But the price of leading them world is eternal vigilance, hard work and humility.

China must always be willing to learn, even from countries doing not as well as itself overall, if they are doing something better than China. It must always check and root out all attempts by the powerful to corrupt the system to unfairly advantage and advance their offspring. And the Chinese as a people must always be prepared to work just as hard or harder than then competition to maintain its leading position.

America is failing because it is breaking all of these rules. It openly allows the corruption of every aspect and institution it claims to hold sacrosanct; advancement to high power is all but barred to the overwhelming majority of people without the right family and social connections; and the people itself is lazy and entitled and seeks to maintain its unfairly earned world position and power by actively sabotaging the competition instead of trying to do better themselves. How could they not be falling behind behaving like that?

This is why ‘spreading democracy’ is so important to western elites. They don’t need to do better if they corrupt the rest of the world to be worse than themselves. Just look at Jai Hindland as the living warning of what the rest of the world would be like if their perverted and corrupted version of ‘democracy’ is allowed to spread and take root.

Didn’t they put the defense security in an ICU? And the civilian leadership wasn’t told about that for 3 days.

Going by western MSM ‘logic’, the only reasonable explanation is that Austin has been couped by Biden and has been replaced with a body double. The real Austin is dead and buried in a ditch somewhere with soiled underwear.

Hilarious. The late Qing dynasty is a prime example or what happens when you get too big headed, complacent and forget what made you big in the first place.

And yet despite being such an obvious example, most of the west cannot see it. I mean even all the alt right guys say we are in late stage Rome before it collapsed yet the message doesn't seem to get into the head of the others.

They say we already saw the USSR and Japan hype but they failed. Except the main issue was never really those countries but the state of the west itself. How much power China has honestly is not as important as how messed up the west is. The fact is the west is in a far worse position and the biggest enemy at this point is itself.

Because History and Geography are not being teach in Ivy League schools like Harvard and other Western educational institution, just look at Liz Truss and Karmala Harris, their alumni. ;)
