Colombian President Gustavo Petro says he is ready to freeze all bilateral ties with Israel and that Bogota does not support “genocides” after Tel Aviv suspended all military exports to their long-time ally.

If there are 227 countries in the world, and over 40 are the West and lackeys, then 140 of 180 remaining are coming. Those not attending are probably like really really small countries.
In other words, the whole world is attending this BRI summit except the West.
