Latin America/Portuguese? and there is no evidence the parts were manufactured in UK. it just the certificates were created to certify that these were from authorized vendors easily overlook with older generation of engines. it can impact business reputation as other countries will think UK business is not checked in such critical field.

Hangzhou Asian Games just opened. But the media coverage from western media seems to be extremely limited. Is there a link where I can watch opening ceremony? China usually produces the most extravagant opening ceremonies. Although 2022 Beijing opening was underwhelming due to Covid.
