I’m noticing a lot of chatter re accusations of attacking the Zaparozhe nuclear power plant as an instigation of getting NATO into the war in Ukraine since the U.S. will have to admit defeat otherwise…and the timing of china’s ban on Gallium and a germanium exports, essential for NATO‘s American war factories…certainly is a very clear show of support to the Russian bear As well as sending a message to the anglos.

How does attacking Zaporizhzhia get NATO into the war?

Referring to rumours on twitter and 4chan
and alluding to this bill last month

I’m probably 80% sceptical but given past events and where the US is in currently what with the failing trade and tech war and China escalating and turning the screws along with a power struggle in the White House…one can speculate.

Yea, there's no way they go all the way to nuking Moscow lol, at least not immediately after an attack on the nuclear plant.

Although the chance for them to get involved into the war is high in such a scenario.

Trading Moscow for New York is worth it when democracy is on the line. No price is too large to pay to uphold the principles of democracy and freedom. As a Chinese, I support this development.

China is in default on a trillion dollars in debt to US bondholders. Will the US force repayment?

Is this Yellen gonna play the UNO reverse card on her upcoming trip?
Just more "negotiating from a position of strength" nonsense.

If they took Moscow, Russia would be taking a lot more than just New York. You'll see rapid escalation from nuclear "tit-for-tat" to total nuclear war. And this is assuming Russia doesn't just launch everything at all Western targets upon seeing nukes headed for Moscow.

Cute of you to think the Russians will just stop at New York. A nuclear strike on Moscow is an immediate and indisputable MAD trigger since that can be viewed as a decapitation strike attempt, so as soon as confirmation is authenticated that the strike is inbound and heading for Moscow, the Russians will launch everything they have even before the strike lands.

There is a real possibility NATO might use a nuclear false flag as pretext to enter the war directly, especially if fallout lands on NATO member states, but there is zero chance America will try a nuclear first strike against Russia as that’s basically game over for the entire human race as we know it.

What kind of kindergarten smooth brain wrote that garbage ‘legal’ argument? Successor governments refers to a change of government operating within the same legal and constitutional framework of the country, such as when a new president assumes power. It’s so democrats can’t just ignore any bonds issued by previous republican administrations.

Besides, the RoC, which issued those bonds, still exists on Taiwan island, so they should be going after WanWan for the trillion right now in any case.

The only scenario under which the PRC might have the tiniest tangential obligation for those bonds is if it absorbed the RoC peacefully, and part of the agreement was that the PRC would honour existing international obligations made by the RoC.

A real half competent legal professional working for the best interests of their clients (the defunct bond holders) should have been arguing that the RoC pay them back, or that the American government makes honouring those bonds a condition for its support of a peaceful reunification of China.

Had they gone down that route decades ago, then there is actually a real chance those bond holders might actually be made ‘whole’.

But is just a meaningless BS excuse the Americans pulled out of their ass, as they always do, so it should be ignored externally but well publicised internally to show just how toxic and cancerous American ‘legal’ bullshit is.

even if the PRC absorbed the ROC, this still doesn’t hold any weight. A default is a default. Don’t expect your money back.
