Funny thing is USA is one of those 8 nations.
But for real Trump apparently hasn't touch alcohol since he's brother's death at 43 due to heart attack related to his alcoholism. And Trump has also been consistently against drugs. You can say whatever else you want about him but at least I think those two qualities are worth of respect. It's also not the first time he talked about Opium War and he seems to have a better than average understanding of Chinese history:
