That mental disorder is called narcissism; these individuals are incapable of forming mature human relationships and desire relationships with animals because they will always be in a position of power over the abnormal; also seen in women who hate kids and yet have a gazillion cats and dogs. The west is full of these types as you can readily observe on tinder and expressed in the Greens type policies of Baerbock’s Germany.

Diplomacy only makes sense when both sides act in good faith. U.S. and its vassals never do, Minsk agreements being the prime example of that. They only use diplomacy as a tool of deception and to score cheap political points with their constituents by appearing "tough" against their geopolitical foe. Seriously what is the point of engaging with someone who will put on fake smiles one day and then proceed to disseminate disgusting lies about you committing human rights abuses /carrying out genocide and openly call for your containment the next day ?
