If American get sick or have shorter life expectancy or not have family to create high disposable income they will lose out to Mexico. Its all about Soft Power. it is Mexican in Mexico that matters.

The US makes policies that work for the US, or at least they hope so. Whatever Mexico can get out of it depends on the hard power of Mexican competency to adapt to a much more powerful neighbor.
