”The longer Beijing refuses to meet with the US, the more countries in Europe and across Asia will come to see Chinese behaviour as intransigence.”

Ahahaha, this is the most American thing ever. Take what you wish to be true, and say this is true for the whole world. Can't be proven wrong unless literally everyone gets together and gives a public "no."

"Stacy, the longer you ignore my texts and refuse to date me, the more the whole school thinks you're being a bitch." LOLOLOL

Anyone knows what WEF actually is and why Klaus Schwab is so hated in the west?

You'll Own Nothing and Be Happy (originally You'll Own Nothing and You'll Be Happy) is a catchphrase originating from a 2016 essay by Danish MP Ida Auken which was included in the video "8 Predictions for the World in 2030" by the World Economic Forum. While the prediction was originally explained as "all products will become services," in has since been increasingly regarded as a harbinger of dystopian times when the human right to property would be abolished for the benefit of the few.

The research, commissioned by Greenpeace International and conducted by Dutch environmental consultancy

, found that during the week of last year’s World Economic Forum 1,040 private jet flights arrived and departed out of airports serving the Swiss luxury ski resort Davos, with about every second flight attributed to the meeting. 53% were short-haul flights below 750 km that could have easily been train trips, with 38% flying ultra short distances of under 500 km. The shortest flight recorded was only 21 km.

Also, no sources at hand, but I've seen claims that several of Europe's recent female ministers were "groomed" by WEF.

Why cancelled it? any fine ?

Commodities orders of this size aren't generally done as one single order and delivered all at once. What typically what happens is the importer(China) would buy futures contracts to deliver X amount of corn on Y date, and these contracts are freely traded on the commodity exchanges. The importer likely just resold the contract to someone else, but news media phrased it as "canceled" to make it sound ominous since it makes better sounding clickbait headlines.

Quite odd how a Republican whose party is for only white history to be talked about making it a law for Asian-American history to be taught in school. But then again he's running for President... He has to counter accusations of racism for banning property owned by Chinese, That's what his supporters only see targeting someone over their race.

90% will be about Gordon Chang or some other propagandize version of Asians.

Today is the 15th Anniversary of the Wenchuan Earthquake in Sichuan, China. The magnitude 8.0 earthquake in 2008 took the lives of more than 87 thousand people, and changed China and the Chinese people forever.

Never forget the sacrifices by all those nameless heroes involved in the rescue, recovery and rebuilding of the disaster zone. Thank you, China.

From a ride and handling standpoint, the VF8 needs big-time help. The crap suspension damping and motion sickness–inducing body movements aren’t even the biggest issues. The steering response is nonlinear and inconsistent, and there is absolutely no feedback delivered through the wheel. It’s terrible, especially when you put the VF8 in Sport mode and the steering becomes so overboosted that it’s borderline uncontrollable. My car also pulled to the right on flat surfaces, so that’s fun.

I cannot believe this is a vehicle you can go out and buy right now.

I imagine some Viets in the US will lease one to flex to the community, but the moment someone wants a carpool to the beach or mountains...

Viets in the US actually don't like Vietnam since they're mostly exiles from south Vietnam just like how Cuban Americans don't like Cuba.. They are Asian Republicans.

Unfortunately it looks like a case of billions for wining and dining foreigners but not a red cent for RnD/QC.
