Chinas rise endangers notions of white supremacy; it is to be expected that white supremacists will come together to destroy that which threatens their privileges and religious myth of racial superiority
I view Canada joining as a good thing actually. That makes it quite literally, the anglo-imperialist club and would give the global south a visible target to fight against.

25 years of bad decisions after bad decisions and they keep taking more bad decisions. Considering how productive the populace is, the wasted potential is incredible. They were among the pioneers of large-scale solar and wind installment. But they (and the rest of Europe in general) lost 20 years because of nuclear, coal and gas lobbies.

Knowing China, they will likely wait until the next administration of SK to see if this policy will stick. SK is notorious for the discontinuity of its policies.
That's a lame approach. The current administration of SK has 4 more years to go. After waiting all the 4 years to see then what, if this policy sticks, or even intensifies? The waited 4 years of precious time is wasted. What about the next next administration? Where is the guarantee that the next administration's policy will stick? The discontinuity of its policies works both directions. China has been already drastically reducing imports from SK since the start of the current administration of SK, causing massive unprecedented trade deficits to SK. The Chinese government has been already reportedly making everything difficult for SK businesses to do business in China. It's time to let go of hopium on SK. The clear thing here is hatred, anxiety, antagonism and hostility against China among the SK populace have been only growing already to the level of mental madness and will only continue to get more and more toxic as they feel more and more China while they are being broken, thinking China is eating their lunch.

Google engineer, 31, jumps to death in NYC, second worker suicide in months

May 5, 2023 9:30am

A senior software engineer at Google jumped to his death from the search giant’s headquarters in Chelsea late Thursday, according to authorities and police sources.

The 31-year-old man — whose name is being withheld pending family notification — plunged from the 14th floor of 111 Eighth Ave. around 11:30 p.m., cops said.

Police responded to multiple 911 calls of an unconscious person lying on the ground near a building on West 15th Street, opposite the 2.9 million-square-foot, 15-story Art Deco building, authorities said.

China is doing the current South Korean administration no favors. They’ve already been pushed out of most technology industries and the restrictions on Korean popular media are still in place. It’s only in areas like chips where China doesn’t have an effective local replacement that South Koreans are still allowed to operate; there’s not much more China can do except keep pushing its own industrial competitiveness so that it can replace Korean companies globally as well.
