Who cares what that retarded man say. He's just clowning and trolling to gain attention.

The larger question I want to find out is why are there legit Chinese people going to the U.S. by way of Mexico and other Latin American countries which is inherently more risky not to mention some of those folks brought their infant children with them. What the heck is going on with those people's lives? They apparently got the idea via social media, and other influencers to take their chance since they're traveling without any visas to the U.S.

One of the person interviewed by Reuters have even said that they thought/think all the people in America, police included are all very wholesome/nice people. Now, they're going to be stuck in Texas, a state that just passed a legislation disallowing or disqualifying people with PRC passports from owning properties.

Maybe the PRC needs to tweak their American coverage to actually portray how China is currently being portrayed so that it helps educate the Chinese people and informed them of the unfortunate realities that awaits them in America and elsewhere. There's nothing wrong from wanting to leave outside of the country but just be well informed and not view America and any other western countries with rose colored glasses.

Different groups of people with different motives for each one. Although a few thousands and tens of thousands of illegal immigrants from China with 1.4 billion of people are just not a big deal except for those MSM and hanjians that want to badmouth China.

Christian religious fanatics or just some religious fanatics that were totally brainwashed with no brain cell left.

Political fanatics that still live in yesteryear.
Many Chinese activists still think highly of the US. I can't find the article but one of them gave an interview about the disappointment of being put in jail in Texas and taking months to get to the NYC and working at uber with other part time jobs. Many of them can't and refuse to live a normal lives in China so it might be the best for them.

TikTok instigates a group of people that have no idea of hardship.
Most of them claim to be e-tailers or movie producers(tiktok entertainers if I had to guess). They learned about this route to the US and were encouraged to do so.

Job seekers, Seeking jobs and a better future in the US.
Most of them would travel the US by legitimate means but some of them use smugglers to get them into the US. Lately, some of them might take a less expensive way to get to the US.

Most of them plan to stay in the US in the long term but some would go back after a few years. Working 12-14 hours per day 6 days per week non-stop in middle of no where for 5-6K per month or working in or near NYC for 3K per month. It is difficult way to make a living but most of them use to be farmers. For those that aren't farmers or hard labors, they would have a tough time to adapt.

Now Ukraine has done it: Pissed off the Indians by mocking one of their deities. It's one thing to mock the Chinese who can be passive at times and just plain ignorant of the larger world on how they're actually seen in the west. Am talking about the one's that have not traveled to the west and just learned of the west from various media sources that are mostly positive and sanguine towards the west as a whole. Pissing off Indians by mocking their Gods when the media landscape in India is pretty much Fox news on steroids....good luck. lol

Thousands of asians fleeing Asia the past 50 years have done exactly that. Work the min wage, find a cheap room, work the system (food stamps) and save money.
if they have some skill about home remodeling or car mechanic or even tire shop. they will surely make much more than $50 per hour. Avg age of American vehicles is now over 12 years.

Pretty clear that this whole operation was planned before hand by the US + Philippines.
We will have to wait to see how far this plan will go

Does the U.S. expects China to back down after being called out PUBLICLY and quite deliberately I might add just to throw the Filipinos into an American frenzy thereby further bolstering their already unrealistic hopes and dreams that America will DIE FOR EVERY LAST FILIPINOS for a small inhabitable islets that 99% of the Filipinos would not even be able to land, visit?

The level of hysteria this SCS dispute with the Philippines has garnered ever since Bong Bong Marcos Jr. became President is quite telling. The man campaigned for a balance approach with America instead his actions says otherwise. In my opinion, the Philippines is the dark horse in the conflict or potential conflict between the United States and China.

The weird thing is the rest of ASEAN kind of moved on at least in loud public rhetoric regarding South China Sea issues. The Philippines seems to continue pushing this way only against China not other claimants or parties in the SCS. Given Filipino societal structure with corruption in the top they seem to be the back up Asian Ukraine if the DPP fails with Taiwan.

Also if you hear western commentators regarding Ukraine they seem to think that after the Ukraine spring/summer counter offensive fails or succeed Russia will just let them rebuild a fourth or fifth army or give up. So i wouldn't be so surprised that the west thinks China will not attack or else the whole region will gather behind the Philippines. I think this will be a big mistake from the west and BBM regime.

Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, Guam, Philippines. All intended to be Ukraines.
Taiwan for legal international law reasons will make it very difficult for the U.S. and her so-called allies to make the legalese argument against China's actions since China has the law behind it's back firmly and squarely despite all the efforts to invalidate and re-write history by western fiction writers and propagandists.

While countries like S.Korea, and Japan have been singing a more belligerent tone against China the N.Korean equation can't be easily discounted and that is what prevents these chihuahuas from veering off from China furthering it's actions against these 2 countries.

Guam is a literal territory of the U.S. which is part of the U.S.

The PH is a totally different beast. It's a pseudo sovereign country when in reality, it's a virtual colony of America. Their politicians almost all travel and have families in the U.S. their military leadership is of no exception. The Philippine Army officers are groomed in the U.S. through educational exchange program with West Point, Annapolis for the Navy, not to mention stints at fort Leavenworth, Kansas at Command Staff General College, then the National War College or other Ivy league schools that offers security classes which are part of American security establishment. The PH has a defense treaty with America which was recently amended as a result of the Chinese alleged "greyzone" operation during their most intense standoff under then Pres. Benigno Aquino Jr. administration back in 2012. Which led to that same President taking the matter to the UN tribunal where they got assistance and helped from top American firms/lawyers provided but not paid for by America.

In my opinion, America is looking for ways how to severely impact at China without making America looking like the guilty party? The PH is one of the best candidate in this scenario. America coming to the aid of their "long-standing ally" shows the firmest commitment throughout Asia that America never shies away from a tough fight. Which will emboldened those countries in ASEAN that are sitting on the sidelines loathed to choose between 2 camps (China and U.S.) You got the PH leadership that are utterly corrupt, slick talker, knows what to say and communicate to the western audience --- Marcos could hardly give a toss to what Chinese people think since they hold the Marcos ill gotten wealth. Not to mention that China is not a place where most of the oligarchs want to settle, own any pieces of considerable wealth, properties etc. Most of their oligarchs see the Chinese business elite as a threat to their own very existence in their respective business empires they have enjoyed monopolizing.

The Philippine population don't have an appreciation of what modern combat is like, the level of disparity between China and the Philippines. What China is like as a country since most of the Pinoys think first of Communism their brains stop functioning straight. Which is why they're not even scared of going to war with China because of severe underestimation, racism against Chinese people as capable warfighters/warriors due to the intense anti-China propaganda they have been conditioned for decades. Talk to every regular Pinoy you have whether friends, acquaintances, regardless of where that Filipino person is situated most of them easily dismiss China's military tech, capability, know-how. None of the Chinese military weapons scare them since for most of them China made= CRAP. Take what happened with the recent news about the military exercise between America and the PH military where on the last day they tried to sink a stationary decommissioned corvette sitting 12 miles away from the shore. It took 12 missiles, an F-35 plane, and others to sink the ship down. While to some here or most of us find that scenario funny and maybe an indicative of how unready Americans and the PH to the Chinese threat and capabilities the PH leadership, and people are not even at all WORRIED let alone would call American tech as shit because their faith in everything and anything America = GOD. If that attempt was made by the PLA with the PH and the same exact result happened, the level of derision, ridicule within the large swathe of PH media, leadership, and public would be unceasingly negative towards China and the leadership that allowed such idiocy to happen.

China's capability is not fully appreciated for the above reasons stated. Other people that are based in the PH may quibble with what I expressed here but the sentiment against anything made in China by Chinese companies are not up to par or to the same level with the U.S.

A military clash in my opinion with an impressive PLA victory is what will CURE that ignorance once and for all. I hope it will never come to that point but at certain point the PLA/China must show that they're not some paper tigers. The legacy of the Korean War, even to a certain extent the Sino-Vietnam war has largely long been forgotten by the west and the simping allies like the PH. I hope am very wrong on this one and I hope to god no war or conflict starts ever.
