Oh it is much, much worse. Those are restaurant owners in China Town who offer criminals hard core liberal Chinese who brave the Latin American jungles to illegally enter the U.S. their only career choice. Liberal cucks work 16+ hours scrubbing dishes/mopping the floor/unclogging toilets for minimum wage and no vacation/employee benefits. If they dare to say anything bad about China within the earshot of their bosses they'd be subjected to intense verbal abuse at best and firing at worst.

LOL, completely ridiculous. Vancouver with its light rail network ranks higher than Montreal? ROFLMAO!

I literally didn't bother getting a driver's license until my 20's after I moved to Toronto, because I never felt the need to drive in Montreal.

If they really considered "volume of traffic, network density, and infrastructure quality" as they claim, that list would be nothing but Chinese cities!
