How can US take a more aggressive stance on Taiwan when they have made their intentions of invasion clear, they just know they lack the capability for now? American official and non official mouth pieces have many times stated the desire to redraw the Chinese border, and they have made moves in preparation for that such as sending their leaders to meet with rebels and sending weapons. The only missing piece before the American special military operation becomes imminent would be a massive US redeployment of all assets to Asia.nope, people don't seem to understand that the US WANTS China to sell weapons to Russia. it would be stupid for China to do that and give up its stated neutrality claim, as well as giving AUKUS cover to take a more aggressive stance on Taiwan.
The only way America could be more aggressive on Taiwan would be to not just threaten annexation, but threaten to genocide all the inhabitants of the province.
China is not donating big ticket items solely because Russia thinks they can do well enough with what they have. If China started giving whole systems to Russia, the Russian arms industry could likely say goodbye to any future influence. And Russia would also lose prestige as direct parallels are drawn between them and Ukraine.
It is China which needs to build up future Russian capabilities, in preparation for deterring conflict with America. Improving them can come after or during the Ukraine war, depending on Russian performance, but they must be improved.
