Russia has handed over Ukraine to Southern Military district and put higher rank from Dagestan to Eastern Military district. This reflection of demographic change and transforming Far East to a different background. There is nothing European about it.

the previous crack down on these people more to do with not wasting police resources every week on them and maintain certain cleanliness. when Police become too involved managing people they lose that effectiveness against crimes and thefts.

I still don't think you will see entire platforms in Russian hands so no chance of seeing 99A duking it out with Abram, hence why I was thinking what sort of UCAV aid can there be while still maintain plausible deniability.

According to Ayi's friends on Weibo last year there were already cases were groups of PLA vets submitted request to volunteer for Ukraine and fight as PVA, but their requests were predictably shot down.

This Dutch guy is not only short-sighted. He is also delusional. He has no idea that the US is not really a Democracy. It's actually an Oligarchy. Even if the US were a true Democracy, it would still be no match for China's Meritocracy.
